Congratulations to Agilesupernova for running Parkrun 5Km at Fareham on a beautiful, breezy Saturday morning. This is a great achievement in itself as most of the team had never run that far before. One of the team members said that “as they were part of the team they felt that they had to take part”. …And didn’t they do well and they felt good afterwards – puddles and all.
